As per Mike Palmer, on Tuesday, April 28th, Cal Fire will chip snowkill free. Please pile the snowkill outside of the fence in a central point next to the road. Oak and Pine limbs only, no brush or palm fronds.

I just finished the book Next from the author of Jurrasic Park, I was surprised to find there is a section that involves a car chase from San Juan to Elsinore. Not too much detail, but it talks about the curves in the road and the person trying to get away sleeps in their car in el cariso overnight to hide. The person doing the chasing camps out at the bottom of 74 in Elsinore to wait for them. It also touches on the rattlesnake infestation in the summer time and mentions a place that is probably hells kitchen.

I talked with Mike Palmer today. He said that they were shooting for the end of the month to organize the limb collection. Hopefully it won't be rained out again.
