Super Cheap Internet Access

Hello, I was just wondering what everyone uses for Internet access in the Village. I know my mom has satellite. Is everyone else using dialup? If so, how much are you paying? Last question: is Elsinore (951-253-1101) a local call for you? If it is, I might have a cheaper way to get connected.

If you have at least the Flat Rate Plan for $17.66/per month these Elsinore numbers are local:

so the answer is yes, unless you have the cheapest plan you can have ($10 per month, Lifeline) but than you have to pay for just about all your calls.
